Wireless Android Auto or CarPlay not connecting

If your wireless adapter does not connect:
  • Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
  • Check if the adapter is properly plugged into the car’s USB port.
  • Remove old paired devices from your phone and try pairing again.
