Electric Kettle Produces Burning Smell

A slight smell during first use may be normal.

Stop using the electric kettle immediately if:

  • The burning smell persists after multiple uses

  • Smoke or sparks are noticed

Switch OFF, unplug, and contact customer support immediately.
