1. Massager Does Not Switch ON

  1. Check that the device is not connected to a charger.
  2. Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 2–3 seconds.
  3. Check the battery indicator.
  4. If the battery is low, recharge the device using the supplied Type-C cable.
  5. Disconnect the charger and try switching the massager ON again.

The device cannot be turned ON while it is charging.

2. Massager Does Not Work While Charging

This is expected behaviour.

  1. Allow the massager to charge.
  2. Disconnect the Type-C charging cable.
  3. Press and hold the Power Button for 2–3 seconds.
  4. Short-press the Power Button to select the required speed.

Do not attempt to operate the massager while it is connected to the charger.

3. Massage Head Does Not Fit or Stay in Place

  1. Switch the massager OFF.
  2. Remove the attachment gently.
  3. Check that the connecting end is aligned with the massager stem.
  4. Press the head firmly into place.
  5. Check that it is secure before switching the device ON.

Do not force the attachment into the connector or use the device without a head fitted.

4. Speed Level Does Not Change

  1. Switch the massager ON using a 2–3-second long press.
  2. Short-press the Power Button to cycle through the speed levels.
  3. Check that the device responds to each press.
  4. Select the speed that feels comfortable.

Zeno B provides five speed levels, up to 3200 RPM.

5. Massager Stops During Use

The device automatically stops if excessive pressure is applied during massage.

  1. Release pressure from the body.
  2. Check that the massage head is fitted securely.
  3. Restart the massager.
  4. Apply lighter pressure and allow the device to move comfortably.

Do not press harder to force the massager to continue running.

6. Battery LEDs Are Flashing

Flashing green LEDs indicate that charging is in progress.

  1. Check that the supplied Type-C cable is connected securely.
  2. Use a compatible 5V/2A USB adapter.
  3. Allow approximately 2–3 hours for a full charge.
  4. Check that the LEDs stop flashing when charging is complete.

7. Battery LEDs Do Not Stop Flashing

  1. Check that the charging cable is firmly connected at both ends.
  2. Confirm that the USB adapter is working.
  3. Use the supplied Type-C cable.
  4. Allow the full charging time of approximately 2–3 hours.
  5. If the LEDs continue flashing unusually after charging, disconnect the charger and contact support.

8. Battery Runs Out Faster Than Expected

The approximate working time is 3–4 hours, and battery life varies with speed and pressure.

  1. Check whether the massager is being used at a higher speed.
  2. Reduce speed if a lower intensity is sufficient.
  3. Avoid applying excessive pressure.
  4. Fully recharge the massager before use.
  5. If runtime remains unusually short after a full charge, contact support.

9. Extension Rod Is Loose or Does Not Attach

  1. Switch the massager OFF.
  2. Check the alignment of the extension rod with its attachment point.
  3. Fit it securely before switching the device ON.
  4. Do not force the rod or continue using it if it feels loose.
  5. Contact support if the attachment point appears damaged.

10. Device Becomes Unusually Hot or Behaves Abnormally

  1. Stop using the massager.
  2. Switch it OFF.
  3. Allow it to cool before using it again.
  4. Check that the massage head and extension rod are fitted correctly.
  5. Do not disassemble the device.
  6. If the issue continues, stop using it and contact support.

11. Massage Heads Are Dirty After Use

  1. Switch the massager OFF.
  2. Remove the massage head gently.
  3. Wipe or clean the head after use.
  4. Clean the device with a dry cloth.
  5. For stubborn stains on the device, use mild detergent and wipe dry.
