No Display / Black Screen on Projector

Display issues may occur due to input source or connection problems.

Stop troubleshooting and contact customer support if:

  • No display appears on multiple devices

  • The projector lamp/LED does not light up

Before contacting support, check HDMI/AV cable, select correct input source, and restart the projector.
