2. Jump Starter Won't Start the Car

If the indicator light turns red and the buzzer sounds, this signals one of three things: wrong clamp polarity, a low car battery, or a low device battery.

Fix:

  1. Disconnect the clamps and double-check polarity — Red clamp to the positive (+) terminal, Black clamp to the negative (−) terminal.
  2. Confirm Vayu Cop's own battery is above 75% before attempting a jump start; recharge if needed.
  3. Check the clamps are firmly gripping clean, corrosion-free terminals.
  4. Not suitable for diesel engines above 1.2L or petrol engines above 3.5L — confirm your vehicle is within range.
  5. Start the car within 30 seconds of the indicator turning green, then disconnect the clamps immediately.

3. Tyre Inflator — Pressure Unit Mismatch or Slow Inflation

If the preset pressure looks far too high or low, the unit may be set to the wrong scale (PSI/BAR/KPA/KG-CM² are not interchangeable 1:1).

Fix:

  1. Check the unit shown on the display before setting your target pressure.
  2. Re-enter the target using "+" / "–" once the correct unit is confirmed.
  3. For slow inflation, detach and reattach the nozzle and hose, ensuring a secure connection at both ends.
  4. Allow the unit to cool down after 10 minutes of continuous use if inflation stops suddenly.

4. Vacuum or Blower Not Working

Fix:

  1. Press the Mode button repeatedly until the correct air-flow icon (vacuum or blower) is shown on the display.
  2. Press Start to activate the selected function.
  3. If suction feels weak, empty the dust container and clean the filter.
  4. If the device feels warm during blower use, this is normal under continuous use — turn it off once you're done.

5. LED Flashlight / SOS Mode

If the light doesn't respond at all while the rest of the device is powered, this points to a hardware issue — contact support.

6. Power Bank Not Charging a Phone

  • Confirm Vayu Cop's own battery has charge — the power bank output draws from the same battery.
  • Try a different charging cable.
  • This is designed for emergency top-ups only, not as a high-capacity power bank — charging will be slower than a dedicated charger.

7. Battery Safety Notes

  • Charge only with recommended 5V/2A chargers.
  • Do not puncture, burn, or disassemble the battery.
  • Do not store the device in extreme heat (above 45°C).
  • Avoid wet conditions.
  • If swelling, odor, or leakage occurs, stop using the device immediately and contact support.

8. General Safety Reminders

  • Never connect the jump starter clamps to the wrong polarity, and never let the clamps touch each other.
  • Keep the device away from fuel, open flames, and heat sources.
  • Do not aim the air hose at your face, eyes, or animals.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use near explosive gases (e.g. petrol pumps).
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
