1. Universal Issues (applies to almost every tyre inflator model)
These five problems and fixes appear near-identically across Vayu 3T, 8.0, 9.0, 10, Neo, Go, and most cordless models:

Vayu Lite and Vayu Swift (both cigarette-lighter powered) have more detailed tables since they depend on the car's electrical system.
Vayu Lite

Fuse replacement (Vayu Lite): Turn the screw anti-clockwise → take off the fuse → exchange the fuse → turn the screw back.
Vayu Swift

Fuse replacement (Vayu Swift): Rotate the cigarette lighter tip anti-clockwise → remove the fuse cartridge → replace with a compatible fuse → reattach and tighten the cap securely. Use only compatible replacement fuses.
3. Multi-Function Devices (Jump Starter / Vacuum / Blower Combos)
Vayu Cop (6-in-1) & VayuCop Neo (Jump Starter + Inflator + Power Bank)
These don't use a classic "problem/cause/solution" table — instead they flag status via lights/codes:

Jump Starter safety checklist if the car won't start:
- Not suitable for diesel engines above 1.2L (Cop) — check your engine spec first
- Don't use if clamps are damaged
- Never connect clamps to the wrong polarity (Red = +, Black = −)
- Keep clamps away from fuel, open flames, heat sources
- Don't let clamps touch each other
- Ensure device battery is above 75% (Cop) / 50% (VayuCop Neo) before jump-starting
Volt Blast (Jump Starter + Air Blower)
