1. Quick Reference Table
| Problem | Likely Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Inflator won't turn on | Power switch not held long enough | Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the power switch |
| Screen is blank / unresponsive | Device is asleep, or battery is depleted | Press the power button briefly to wake the screen; if still blank, charge via the Type-C port |
| Battery mark is flashing | Battery power is below 10% | Recharge using the USB charging cord or cigarette lighter charging cable before continued use |
| Inflation stops before reaching the tyre's actual needs | Target pressure was set too low, or wrong mode selected | Long-press "M" to confirm the pressure unit, then use "+"/"–" to reset the correct target pressure |
| Device won't start a fresh inflation cycle after recent use | Continuous use exceeded ~10 minutes | Allow the inflator to cool down with an intermittent break before resuming |
| Device feels hot to the touch | Extended continuous inflation, or use in direct sunlight/high heat | Move to a shaded area, stop use, and allow it to cool before continuing |
| Water exposure / device stops working after being wet | Not rated for rain, liquid, or moisture exposure | Discontinue use, dry thoroughly, avoid future exposure to rain or liquid |
2. Pressure Unit Mismatch (BAR vs. PSI)
If the target/preset pressure looks far too high or too low — for example the inflator stops well short of a full tyre, or doesn't stop at all — the unit may be set to the wrong scale (e.g. BAR selected when you meant PSI, or vice versa). The units are not interchangeable 1:1 (1 BAR ≈ 14.5 PSI).
Fix:
- Long-press the "M" button for 3 seconds to cycle through the pressure units (PSI / BAR / KPA / KG/CM²).
- Stop on the correct unit for your use case (PSI is standard for most car and bike tyres).
- Use "+" and "–" to re-enter your desired target pressure.
- Confirm the unit shown on the pressure display before starting inflation.
3. Selecting the Wrong Inflation Mode
The device cycles through 4 modes plus a customisable option (Sedan Car Tire / Motorcycle / Bicycle / Sports Ball / Customisable). Inflating with the wrong mode selected can cause under- or over-inflation relative to what you intended.
Fix:
- Short-press "M" to cycle through the inflation modes shown on the display.
- Select the mode matching what you're inflating, or use Customisable for a manual target.
- Set your target pressure with "+"/"–" before starting.
4. Battery & Charging Notes
| Battery Mark State | Charge Level | Action |
|---|---|---|
| First mark only | 100% > power > 70% | No action needed |
| Second mark | 70% > power > 40% | Fine for continued use; recharge when convenient |
| Third mark | 40% > power > 10% | Plan to recharge soon |
| Third mark flashing | Below 10% | Recharge immediately before further use |
Charge via the Type-C charging port using the supplied USB charging cord, or via the cigarette lighter charging cable in a vehicle.
5. General Safety Reminders
- Not intended for use by children.
- Avoid exposure to rain, liquid, or moisture.
- Always switch the inflator off after use.
- Limit continuous inflation to under 10 minutes; take intermittent breaks to let the device cool if longer use is unavoidable.
- Store indoors, away from fire or high-heat sources.
