1. Quick Reference Table

ProblemPossible Reasons & Solutions
The inflator does not work• Check the preset pressure is lower than the current tyre pressure
• Check the power cord is connected tightly
• Check the car engine has been started
• Check if the glass fuse is damaged
The inflation is slow• Check the air hose and the inflatable are connected tightly
• Check if the air hose leaks
There is air leakage• Check if the inflatable itself leaks
• Check all connecting parts are connected tightly and the nozzle is screwed on securely
The appliance works normally, but current pressure shows 0• Low-pressure inflatables like balloons are not measurable by this appliance
• When the tyre is completely flat, it takes a little time for the tyre pressure to become measurable

2. Pressure Unit Mismatch (BAR vs. PSI)

If the target/preset pressure looks far too high or too low — for example the inflator stops well short of a full tyre, or doesn't stop at all — the unit may be set to the wrong scale (e.g. BAR selected when you meant PSI, or vice versa). The units are not interchangeable 1:1 (1 BAR ≈ 14.5 PSI).

Fix:

  1. Press the "R" button to cycle through the pressure units: PSI → BAR → KPA → KG/CM².
  2. Stop on the correct unit for your use case (PSI is standard for most car and bike tyres).
  3. Re-enter your desired target pressure using the "+" and "–" buttons.
  4. Confirm the displayed unit before starting inflation.

3. Changing the Fuse

Applicable to vehicle power supply ONLY. Check the fuse status if the appliance fails to start.

  1. Turn the screw anti-clockwise and take off the fuse.
  2. Exchange the fuse and then turn the screw back.

Use only compatible replacement fuses. If the appliance still does not start after replacing the fuse, contact customer support.

4. Warranty Note on Faults

Any damage caused by physical impact, water/liquid, fire, or caused by the customer or nature is not covered under warranty. Only product design, feature, and functionality-related faults are considered under warranty. This product is only eligible for replacement (not repair) during the warranty period, as per the brand's discretion.
