Quick Troubleshooting
| Issue | First Step |
|---|---|
| Table wobbles | Recheck frame alignment and tighten the screws |
| Wheel is loose | Check the washer and wheel fastener |
| Table will not move easily | Release the caster locks and check the wheels |
| Table rolls when it should stay in place | Engage both locking casters |
| Height keeps slipping | Retighten the height-adjustment knob |
| Tabletop is uneven | Recheck elbow-pipe alignment and frame assembly |
| Screws do not line up | Check part orientation; do not force screws |
| Table feels overloaded | Remove items and keep total load at or below 10kg |
1. Table Wobbles After Assembly
- Place the table on a flat, level floor.
- Check that the base frame and link frame are aligned correctly.
- Tighten the four long screws securing the frame.
- Check the elbow pipes under the tabletop and tighten the short screws.
- Confirm that all four caster wheels are attached securely.
- Do not use the table if it still wobbles.
2. A Caster Wheel Is Loose
- Remove items from the tabletop.
- Keep the table stable while checking the wheel.
- Confirm the metal washer is fitted where required.
- Tighten the caster fastener with the supplied spanner.
- Check that the wheel rotates normally and is secured.
Do not use the table if a wheel, screw or mounting point is damaged.
3. Table Does Not Move Smoothly
- Check that both wheel locks are released.
- Inspect the wheels for hair, dirt or other obstructions.
- Make sure all four wheels are mounted securely.
- Move the table slowly on a level surface.
- Do not drag the table if a wheel is stuck or damaged.
4. Table Rolls When It Should Stay in Place
- Move the table to a level surface.
- Engage the locks on both locking caster wheels.
- Gently check whether the table remains in place.
- If a lock does not engage or the wheel keeps rolling, stop using the table until the wheel or lock is checked.
5. Table Height Does Not Stay Fixed
- Remove items from the tabletop.
- Support the tabletop while adjusting it.
- Loosen the height-adjustment knob on the side.
- Set the height within the 52–80cm range.
- Tighten the knob securely.
- Check that the tabletop does not move before adding items.
Do not force the height mechanism if it is stuck.
6. Tabletop Is Uneven or Not Secure
- Remove items from the table.
- Check that both elbow pipes are attached to the underside of the tabletop.
- Confirm the four short screws are fitted into the correct holes.
- Check that the tabletop assembly is joined to the frame in the correct orientation.
- Tighten the fasteners securely and test the table while unloaded.
7. Screws or Holes Do Not Align
- Stop tightening the screw.
- Check that the parts are facing the correct direction.
- Loosen nearby fasteners slightly if needed so the parts can align.
- Reposition the parts until the holes line up naturally.
- Fit the correct long or short screw for that step.
- Tighten gradually once all parts are aligned.
Do not force a screw into a misaligned hole or substitute an unsuitable screw.
8. Table Feels Unstable Under a Load
The maximum supported load is 10kg.
- Remove the items from the tabletop.
- Check that the load was evenly distributed.
- Check the frame, tabletop fasteners, wheels and height knob.
- Re-engage both caster locks before using the table in a stationary position.
- Do not sit, stand or climb on the table.
If the table is bent or a joint is damaged, stop using it.
9. Assembly Parts Seem to Be Missing
- Recheck the tabletop, link frame, base pipes, elbow pipes, four caster wheels, washers, screw sets and supplied tools.
- Compare the parts with the assembly illustrations.
- Do not assemble the table without a required structural part or fastener.
- Contact support with a description or photo of the missing part.
10. Maintenance Checks
- Check the screws periodically.
- Make sure the wheels and locks operate correctly.
- Keep the tabletop clean and dry.
- Recheck the height-adjustment knob after changing the height.
- Stop using the table if the frame, tabletop support or wheel mount becomes damaged.
