1. A Connected Device Is Not Charging

  1. Check that the correct built-in cable or USB-C port is being used.
  2. Make sure the connector is fully inserted into the device.
  3. Check the remaining battery level by pressing the Power Button once.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
  5. Confirm that the device supports charging through the selected connector.
  6. Test with another compatible device or cable if available.

The maximum advertised output does not mean every device will charge at the same wattage.

2. Wireless Charging Does Not Start

  1. Confirm that the phone supports wireless charging.
  2. Place the phone over the marked wireless charging circle.
  3. Remove the case for testing.
  4. Centre and realign the phone.
  5. Remove metal objects, cards and magnetic accessories from between the phone and power bank.
  6. Check the phone's charging indicator.

Wireless charging supports up to 15W, but the actual rate depends on phone compatibility.

3. Wireless Charging Starts and Stops

  1. Adjust the phone so it is centred on the charging area.
  2. Remove the phone case and retry.
  3. Remove metal or magnetic objects from between the phone and power bank.
  4. Place the power bank on a stable, flat surface.
  5. Check that the power bank has sufficient remaining battery.

4. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C input/output port, or use the built-in USB-C cable as supported.
  2. Connect it to a working compatible power adapter.
  3. Check that the adapter is switched on.
  4. Look for the battery percentage and lightning symbol on the LED display.
  5. Reconnect the cable and try another compatible adapter or cable if available.

Do not use a cable or connector that is visibly damaged.

5. Battery Percentage Is Not Displayed

  1. When the power bank is off, press the Power Button once.
  2. Check whether the LED display shows the remaining battery percentage.
  3. While charging, check whether the lightning symbol appears.
  4. Reconnect the power bank to a compatible adapter if there is no response.
  5. If the display remains blank, contact support.

6. The Power Bank Turns Off or Stops Charging a Device

The output turns off automatically when the power bank's battery is depleted.

  1. Check the displayed remaining battery percentage.
  2. Recharge the power bank if the battery level is low.
  3. Reconnect the device after recharging.
  4. Confirm the device and cable are compatible.

7. Charging Is Slower Than Expected

  1. Check whether the device supports the expected fast-charging protocol.
  2. Use a compatible adapter and cable to recharge the power bank.
  3. For wireless charging, align the phone carefully and remove the case during testing.
  4. Disconnect extra devices and test one output at a time.
  5. Check the battery level and the device's charging status.

The product listing advertises 22.5W wired output and up to 15W wireless output. Connector-specific ratings vary and actual output depends on device compatibility.

8. Built-in Cable or USB-C Port Is Loose or Damaged

  1. Disconnect the power bank from the device.
  2. Inspect the connector and port for visible damage or debris.
  3. Do not force the plug or bend the connector.
  4. If using a separate USB-C cable, try another compatible cable only if the port is undamaged.
  5. Stop using the power bank if a cable is exposed or the connector is damaged.

9. The Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked or Behaving Abnormally

  1. Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
  2. Disconnect it from other devices only if this can be done safely.
  3. Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair the battery.
  4. Keep it away from flammable materials.
  5. Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal guidance.

Do not dispose of a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.

10. Power Bank Does Not Turn Off

  1. Disconnect any connected devices.
  2. Double-press the Power Button.
  3. Check whether the display turns off.
  4. If the power bank continues to behave abnormally, stop using it and contact support.
