Quick Troubleshooting
| Issue | First Step |
|---|---|
| Device does not charge through the built-in cable | Check the connector, device compatibility and battery level |
| Device does not charge through USB-A | Check the cable and USB-A output connection |
| Device does not charge through USB-C | Make sure you are using the USB-C Input/Output port |
| Power bank does not recharge | Check the USB-C port, charger and cable |
| Battery level is not displayed | Press the Power Button once |
| LEDs blink abnormally | Disconnect devices and reconnect; stop use if the abnormal indication continues |
| Charging is slower than expected | Check device compatibility and test one output at a time |
| Side Type-C slot does not charge | Expected; it is a dummy cable-storage slot |
| Power bank is swollen or cracked | Stop using and charging it immediately |
1. A Device Is Not Charging Through the Built-in Type-C Cable
- Pull the built-in cable out carefully.
- Confirm that the cable's connector matches your device's charging port.
- Insert the connector fully without forcing it.
- Press the Power Button once to check the remaining battery level.
- Reconnect the cable and check the device's charging indicator.
- Test the device with a compatible cable or charger if available.
2. A Device Is Not Charging Through USB-A
- Check that the cable is connected to the power bank's USB-A output.
- Make sure the other end is fully inserted into the device.
- Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
- Try a compatible cable if the current one is damaged or faulty.
- Test another compatible device if available.
3. USB-C Charging Does Not Work
- Make sure you are using the port labelled USB-C Input/Output.
- Connect a compatible USB-C cable securely.
- Check whether the power bank has sufficient charge.
- If recharging the power bank, use a suitable USB-A or USB-C charger.
- If charging a device, confirm that the device supports charging through USB-C.
Important: The side Type-C-shaped dummy slot only stores the built-in cable. It does not supply power.
4. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge
- Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the USB-C Input/Output port.
- Connect the other end to a suitable USB-A or USB-C charger.
- Check that the charger is powered and the cable is not damaged.
- Look for blinking LED indicators to confirm charging has started.
- Try another compatible cable or charger if available.
5. Battery Level Is Not Displayed
- Press the Power Button once.
- Check whether the four LED indicators show the remaining battery level.
- If connected to a charger, check whether the LEDs blink.
- Disconnect and reconnect the charger if there is no response.
- If the LEDs remain unresponsive, contact support.
6. All Four LEDs Are Blinking
All four LEDs blinking indicates an abnormal status.
- Disconnect all connected devices.
- Disconnect the power bank from its charger.
- Check the ports, cables and casing for visible damage.
- If the power bank is unusually hot, swollen or cracked, stop using it immediately.
- If the abnormal LED pattern continues, stop using the power bank and contact support.
7. Charging Is Slower Than Expected
- Confirm that the connected device supports fast charging.
- Use a compatible cable and charger.
- Check that the power bank has sufficient battery.
- Disconnect one device if you are charging two devices at once.
- Test each output separately.
The maximum total output is 22.5W, but the actual charging rate depends on the device, cable and supported charging protocol.
8. One Device Charges but the Other Does Not
- Disconnect both devices.
- Test the built-in Type-C cable with one compatible device.
- Test the USB-A output with one compatible device.
- Check the cables and devices separately.
- Reconnect both devices and check whether charging begins.
If the power bank's total output is being shared, charging speed may be lower when two devices are connected.
9. Built-in Cable Will Not Fit Back into Its Slot
- Disconnect the cable from the device.
- Check that the cable is not twisted or caught.
- Align the connector with the dummy Type-C storage slot.
- Press it gently into position.
- Do not force or bend the cable sharply.
The dummy slot is intended only to hold the built-in cable.
10. The Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked or Unusually Hot
- Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
- Disconnect it from other devices only if this can be done safely.
- Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair it.
- Keep it away from flammable materials.
- Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal advice.
Do not dispose of a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.
