Quick Troubleshooting
| Issue | First Step |
|---|---|
| Connected device is not charging | Check the connection, device compatibility and power-bank battery level |
| Power bank is not recharging | Check the USB-C cable, PD adapter and input port |
| Fast charging does not start | Confirm that the device, cable and adapter support the same fast-charging standard |
| Display shows a low battery percentage | Recharge the power bank |
| Display does not appear | Press the Power Button once to view the battery percentage |
| Charging stops unexpectedly | Reconnect the cable and check for loose or damaged connectors |
| Two devices charge more slowly | Combined output depends on battery level and device requirements |
| Built-in cable does not connect properly | Check the connector and cable for damage; do not force it |
| Power bank is swollen or cracked | Stop using it immediately and seek safe disposal guidance |
1. A Connected Device Is Not Charging
- Check that the device supports charging through USB-C.
- Make sure the USB-C connector is fully inserted into the device.
- Check the power bank's remaining battery percentage.
- If using the built-in cable, disconnect it and reconnect it carefully.
- If using a separate cable, check both ends and try a compatible cable if available.
- Confirm that the device supports the power bank's charging protocol.
2. The Power Bank Is Not Recharging
- Connect the built-in USB-C cable or a compatible USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C input.
- Connect the other end to a compatible PD power adapter.
- Check that the adapter is switched on and functioning.
- Look for the battery percentage and lightning symbol on the digital display.
- If the display does not indicate charging, reconnect the cable and try a compatible adapter and cable.
Stop using the power bank if the connector or casing is damaged.
3. Fast Charging Is Not Working
The maximum output depends on the device, cable and supported charging protocol.
- Check whether the connected device supports USB-C PD or the required fast-charging standard.
- Use a compatible cable and charger.
- Connect the device using the suitable USB-C port or built-in cable.
- Check the device's charging indicator or charging status.
- Try another compatible device to determine whether the issue is device-specific.
A power bank rated up to 100W will not force 100W into a device that supports a lower charging rate.
4. The Display Is Blank or Does Not Show the Battery Level
- When the power bank is off, press the Power Button once to display the battery percentage.
- If you are recharging the power bank, check whether the lightning symbol appears.
- Reconnect the power bank to a compatible PD adapter if necessary.
- If the display remains blank despite a working power source and cable, contact support.
5. Charging Stops or Starts Intermittently
- Check that the USB-C plug is fully inserted.
- Inspect the cable and connectors for visible damage.
- Make sure the cable is not being pulled or bent.
- Try a compatible cable or PD adapter if available.
- Check whether the device itself is interrupting or limiting charging.
Do not continue using a damaged cable or adapter.
6. Two Devices Charge More Slowly Than Expected
The listed combined output changes with the power bank's battery level:
- Battery above 70%: 65W + 65W listed combined output.
- Battery below 70%: 45W + 45W listed combined output.
Actual power depends on each device's charging protocol and power requirements.
- Check the power bank's remaining battery percentage.
- Confirm both devices support fast charging.
- Use compatible USB-C cables and connections.
- Try charging one device at a time to compare performance.
7. The Power Bank Runs Out of Charge Quickly
- Recharge the power bank fully before use.
- Check the remaining battery percentage on the digital display.
- Remember that power-hungry devices and high-wattage charging can use the power bank's stored energy more quickly.
- Try charging one device at a time if you need to conserve battery.
- If battery runtime has changed significantly, note the connected device and charging conditions before contacting support.
8. The Built-in Cable or USB-C Port Is Loose or Damaged
- Disconnect the power bank from all devices.
- Check the connector and port for visible damage or debris.
- Do not force the plug or attempt to bend the connector back into shape.
- Try a compatible separate USB-C cable if the built-in cable is the concern and the port is undamaged.
- Stop using the power bank if a connector is damaged or the cable is exposed.
9. The Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked or Unusually Hot
- Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
- Disconnect it from any connected device or adapter only if this can be done safely.
- Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair the battery.
- Keep it away from flammable materials.
- Contact support or a suitable local battery/e-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal guidance.
Do not put a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.
10. The Power Bank Does Not Turn Off
- Disconnect all connected devices.
- Double-press the Power Button to turn it off.
- Check whether the display goes off.
- If it remains active or behaves abnormally, stop using it and contact support.
