1. Massager Does Not Switch ON

  1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
  2. Check whether the Level 1 indicator lights up.
  3. If the device does not respond, check the battery level.
  4. If battery power is low, connect it to a compatible 5V/2A USB charger.
  5. Allow it to charge, then disconnect the cable and try again.

The device does not operate while it is charging.

2. Massager Is Not Working While Connected to a Charger

This is expected behaviour. The Zeno Go does not work while it is charging.

  1. Allow the device to charge.
  2. Disconnect the charging cable.
  3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
  4. Check whether the Level 1 indicator lights up.

3. Massage Head Does Not Fit or Stay in Place

  1. Switch the massager OFF.
  2. Remove the attachment by holding it on both sides and pulling it out.
  3. Check that the connecting end is aligned with the massager stem.
  4. Insert it carefully until it is fully seated.
  5. Check that it is secure before switching the massager ON.

Do not force the attachment into the stem. Do not operate the device without a massage head.

4. Intensity Level Does Not Change

  1. Switch the massager ON by holding the power button for 3 seconds.
  2. Confirm that it starts at Level 1.
  3. Short-press the power button to cycle through the four intensity levels.
  4. Wait briefly after each press to check the selected level.
  5. If the level indicator does not respond, switch the device OFF and restart it.

5. LED Indicator Flashes While Charging

A flashing LED light around the base indicates that charging is in progress.

  1. Keep the charging cable connected.
  2. Use a compatible 5V/2A USB power adapter.
  3. Allow approximately 4 hours for a complete charge.
  4. When fully charged, the LED light remains steady.
  5. Disconnect the charger before using the massager.

6. Battery Indicator Flickers

A flickering indicator means the battery power is low.

  1. Switch the massager OFF.
  2. Connect the Type-C charging cable.
  3. Use a compatible 5V/2A power adapter.
  4. Allow the device to recharge.
  5. Disconnect the charger before switching the massager ON.

7. Massager Switches OFF Automatically

The Zeno Go has two automatic shut-off conditions:

  • 5 minutes of inactivity: the massager switches OFF.
  • 15 minutes of continuous use: the massager switches OFF.

This is normal operation. Switch it ON again only when needed, and do not use it for more than 20 minutes at a time.

8. Charging Takes Longer Than Expected

  1. Use a compatible 5V/2A USB power adapter.
  2. Check that the Type-C cable is connected securely.
  3. Check the cable and adapter for visible damage.
  4. Allow approximately 4 hours for a full charge.
  5. Confirm that the LED changes from flashing to steady when charging is complete.

9. Runtime Is Shorter Than Expected

The runtime can be up to 6 hours, depending on the selected intensity and pressure level.

  1. Check whether the massager is being used at a higher intensity.
  2. Apply light to moderate pressure rather than pressing forcefully.
  3. Recharge the device fully.
  4. If the device is not used for a long period, charge it once every 3 months.
  5. If runtime remains unusually short after a full charge, contact support.

10. Massager or Charging Cable Is Damaged

  1. Stop using the device immediately.
  2. Do not connect a damaged charging cable.
  3. Do not attempt to open or repair the massager.
  4. Keep the device away from water and moisture.
  5. Contact support for further assistance.

Do not use the massager if it has been dropped, damaged or exposed to water.

11. Device Becomes Wet or Falls into Water

  1. Do not touch or operate the massager while it is in water.
  2. If it is connected to a charger, disconnect the power source only if it is safe to do so.
  3. Do not use or charge the device.
  4. Do not attempt to open or repair it.
  5. Contact support for guidance.
