POWER BANK USAGE GUIDELINES


1. GENERAL USAGE GUIDELINES


DO


  • Carefully read the user manual before first use.

  • Fully charge the power bank before using it for the first time.

  • Use only high-quality, certified USB cables and chargers (preferably the one provided).

  • Ensure input and output ratings of devices match the specifications mentioned on the power bank.

  • Keep the device in a clean, dry environment.

  • Hold the device securely while plugging/unplugging cables to avoid damaging the ports.

  • Disconnect the power bank once it is fully charged to prolong battery life.

  • Allow the power bank to cool down if it feels warm during usage.


DON'T


  • Do not expose the power bank to extreme temperatures (recommended 10°C to 45°C).

  • Do not attempt to charge devices that exceed the rated output power.

  • Do not store the power bank in a fully discharged state for long periods.

  • Do not place objects on top of the power bank while charging.

  • Do not keep it plugged into the wall socket continuously for more than 12 hours.





2. CHARGING THE POWER BANK


DO


  • Charge the power bank using a certified charger with compatible voltage/current specifications.

  • Use the official USB-C/Micro USB input provided.

  • Ensure proper connection before leaving the device to charge.

  • Periodically check the device during charging to ensure it is not overheating.

  • Unplug the device once the LED indicators show full charge.


DON'T


  • Do not use unbranded or damaged chargers/cables as they may cause short circuits.

  • Do not charge the power bank on beds, pillows, or flammable surfaces.

  • Do not cover the power bank while it is being charged.

  • Do not charge the power bank in direct sunlight, hot cars, or near heat sources.




3. CHARGING OTHER DEVICES USING THE POWER BANK


DO


  • Connect your device only using certified and undamaged cables.

  • Check that the output rating (fast charge/normal charge) is appropriate for your mobile/tablet/accessory.

  • Disconnect your device once fully charged to avoid unnecessary battery cycles.

  • Use a single port when fast charging, if specified for optimal performance.

  • Allow adequate ventilation around the power bank during high-speed charging.


DON'T


  • Do not attempt to charge multiple high-consumption devices if your model’s output capacity is limited.

  • Do not use the power bank while it is itself being charged (unless the model supports pass-through charging).

  • Do not forcefully insert connectors into ports.

  • Do not use damaged cables, as they may cause sparks or device malfunction.

  • Do not continue using the power bank if you notice repeated disconnections or unstable charging.




4. SAFETY & HANDLING PRECAUTIONS


DO


  • Keep the power bank away from water, moisture, and liquids.

  • Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

  • Inspect ports and cables periodically for dust, debris, or damage.

  • In case of unusual smell, smoke, or excessive heat, stop using the device immediately.

  • Dispose of the power bank responsibly at authorized e-waste centers.


DON'T


  • Do not puncture, crush, or drop the power bank.

  • Do not open, dismantle, or modify the device under any circumstances.

  • Do not expose the unit to fire, flames, or incineration.

  • Do not leave the power bank inside a vehicle parked in the sun for long durations.

  • Do not continue to use the power bank if it shows signs of swelling, leakage, or deformation.



5. STORAGE & MAINTENANCE


DO


  • Charge the power bank to around 50% if storing it unused for more than 30 days.

  • Recharge every 2–3 months during long-term storage to maintain battery health.

  • Keep the ports covered or protected to avoid dust accumulation.

  • Clean the exterior using a soft dry cloth.


DON'T


  • Do not store the power bank in extremely hot or cold environments.

  • Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasive materials on the device.

  • Do not place heavy objects on the power bank when storing it.



6. TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES


DO


  • Carry the power bank in hand luggage when traveling by air (as per airline regulations).

  • Check that the power bank’s Wh rating complies with aviation guidelines.

  • Store the power bank in a protective pouch to avoid physical damage.


DON'T


  • Do not place the power bank in checked-in baggage.

  • Do not charge the power bank during takeoff, landing, or in restricted zones.

  • Do not carry damaged or swollen power banks during travel.



7. ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES


DO


  • Dispose of the power bank only at authorized recycling or e-waste facilities.

  • Follow local regulations related to battery disposal and recycling.


DON'T


  • Do not throw the power bank into household trash.

  • Do not burn or incinerate batteries due to risk of explosion.



8. WARRANTY & SUPPORT REMINDERS


DO


  • Keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

  • Contact customer support immediately if you observe malfunction, heating, or charging issues.

  • Check for firmware or model-specific instructions provided by the manufacturer.


DON'T


  • Do not attempt repairs yourself, as it voids warranty.

  • Do not use counterfeit accessories—it may void warranty and cause safety risks.
