Cable not charging or connecting

If your cable is not charging or connecting properly:
  • Ensure both ends of the cable are securely plugged in.
  • Check for visible damage or bent connectors.
  • Try using the cable with another device or adapter.
Replace the cable immediately if:
  • The cable is frayed or exposed.
  • You notice sparks or burning smell.
  • The connector is loose or broken.
