USB Hub Disconnects Frequently

Frequent disconnection may occur due to unstable power or loose ports.

Stop using the hub and contact customer support if:

  • The hub disconnects on multiple systems

  • Ports become loose or unstable

Reconnect the hub securely and avoid moving it during use.
