1. Inverter Not Working / Completely Dead

Possible Reasons

  • No power supply from car socket

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Ensure the inverter is connected properly to the car socket or battery.
  2. Start the vehicle ignition before testing.
  3. Check whether the power LED indicator turns ON.
  4. Test the inverter in another car socket if available.
  5. Disconnect all connected devices and restart the inverter.
  6. Verify whether the fuse is damaged if fuse replacement is supported.

2. Physical Damage

Common Types of Damage

  • Broken body
  • Burn marks
  • Damaged AC socket
  • Loose USB/Type-C ports
  • Broken cables or connectors

Important Notes

Physical or accidental damage will not be covered under warranty.


3. USB / Type-C Ports Not Working
