My microphone won't turn on

1. Plug it in to charge using the Type-C cable.
2. Let it charge for about 3.5 hours.
3. Look for a red light — that means it's charging.
4. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on.

It won't connect to my phone

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Look for "Dash 2" in the list and tap it.
3. You'll hear it say "Bluetooth connected" once it works.

If it keeps connecting to someone else's phone instead of yours, quickly press the Bluetooth button twice to disconnect, then search again from your phone.

My mic turned off by itself.

If there's no sound going through it for 20 minutes, it turns off automatically to save battery. This is normal—just turn it back on.

I plugged in a cable but can't hear my singing.

If you're using the AUX cable, you also need to plug in headphones—sound only comes through the headphones in this mode, not the microphone itself. This is how it's designed to work.

I want to link two microphones together for a duet

1. Turn on both microphones.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on both microphones at the same time for 3 seconds.
3. Wait for them to connect to each other.

Note: this only works properly if both microphones are from the same batch (bought together, or with matching batch numbers). If you're trying to link two bought separately and it's not working, that's likely why — please get in touch and we'll check for you.

If one mic turns off, the other one will turn off too — that's expected when they're linked this way.

The radio (FM) isn't picking up my mic

1. Turn on the microphone.
2. Press and hold the M button for 2 seconds to start broadcasting.
3. On your car radio or FM device, tune to the same frequency as the mic (there are 3 to choose from).

If it's not working, try the other two frequencies — there might be something else nearby using the same one.

The voice effects or lights aren't changing

• To change sound effects (like karaoke or speech mode), tap the M button.
• To change the lights, tap the light button.
• To turn lights off completely, press and hold the light button.

The sound seems quiet or weak

If your battery is getting low (under 30%), the mic automatically lowers its power a bit to protect the battery and stop the sound from distorting. This is normal — just charge it when you can.
