Pairing issues are usually caused by Bluetooth conflicts or incorrect pairing mode.
To resolve this:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Put the speaker into pairing mode (LED blinking).
Select the speaker name from the Bluetooth list.
If pairing fails:
Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON again.
Restart both devices.
Forget the speaker from Bluetooth settings and pair again.
