Speaker is connected but there is no sound

This can happen due to volume, mode, or output settings.

Please check the following:

  • Increase the volume on both the speaker and the connected device.

  • Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and not AUX/USB/FM mode.

  • Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth connection.
