My speaker won't turn on

Plug it in and let it charge fully (about 2.5 hours), then try turning it on again.

It won't connect to my phone

  1. Turn the speaker on fresh — it should go into pairing mode automatically.
  2. On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
  3. Look for "Dash" and tap it.
  4. Make sure the speaker isn't already connected to another phone or device.

I can't hear anything from the microphone

  1. Check the mic volume buttons on the speaker — turn the volume up.
  2. Check if the mute light is on. If it is, press mute again to turn sound back on.

My wireless microphone won't connect

  1. Turn the speaker on first, then turn on the microphone.
  2. Listen for a sound or light that confirms it's connected.
  3. If nothing happens, turn both off and back on again.
  4. Make sure the microphone has enough charge.

My USB drive isn't playing music

Take the drive out and put it back in firmly. Also check that your music files are saved in a common format like MP3.

The echo effect on the mic isn't working

Use the echo buttons on the speaker to turn the effect up, and try switching between the different echo modes. Make sure your microphone is connected first.
