My speaker won't turn on
- Plug it in to charge.
- Let it charge for a while, then try the power switch again.
- If it still won't turn on, try a different charging cable.
It won't connect to my phone
- Press the input button until the speaker is in Bluetooth mode (this is usually the default when you turn it on).
- On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
- Look for "Dash 14" and tap it.
- If it keeps trying to connect to an old phone instead, press and hold the play button (while in Bluetooth mode) to clear that memory, then hold it again to make it visible for pairing.
My USB drive isn't playing music
- Make sure your files are MP3, WAV, or WMA format.
- Make sure the drive itself is formatted as FAT32 and isn't bigger than 32GB.
- Press the input button to switch to USB mode.
I can't get the radio to work
- Press the input button to switch to FM.
- Press and hold the play button — it will search for and save nearby stations automatically.
- Once it's done, use the previous/next buttons to move between saved stations.
My guitar or microphone isn't working
- Guitar goes in the jack marked GT.
- A wired microphone goes in the jack marked MIC (this one adds an echo effect).
- Each has its own volume dial on the back — check those aren't turned all the way down.
- If you're using the wireless karaoke mic instead, check that it's turned on and has some charge.
The previous/next buttons don't do anything
If you're connected using a cable (AUX mode), those buttons won't work — this is normal. Skip tracks from your phone or music player instead.
I want to link two Dash 14 speakers together
- Turn both speakers on and make sure both are in Bluetooth mode.
- Press the TWS button on one of them.
Note: this only works properly if both speakers are from the same batch (bought together, or with matching batch numbers). If you're trying to link two bought separately and it's not working, that's likely why — please get in touch and we'll check for you.
