| Problem | Quick Fix |
|---|---|
| Device not ON | Charge first, then hold Power for 1 sec. |
| Low suction | Empty the 90ml dust cup and clean/dry the HEPA filter. |
| Vacuum stops | Check battery, blockage and protection indicator. |
| Filter dirty | Remove, wash with clean water and dry completely before refitting. |
| Charging issue | Use the supplied Type-C cable with a suitable 5V/2A adapter. |
| Mop head not fitting | Reconnect the tube/head until it locks securely. |
| Air blower not working | Check that the correct nozzle/air path is attached. |
| High-temperature warning | Stop use and allow the unit to cool. |
| Low-voltage warning | Recharge the device. |
| Charging-error indicator | Disconnect/reconnect charging and retry with the correct setup. |
Suction / Dust Pickup
Empty the dust cup.
Check the air path for blockage.
Clean the filter and sponge filter.
Ensure both are completely dry before use.
Reassemble securely.
Device Shuts Down Automatically
Check the protection indicator:
Yellow flashing: high-temperature protection.
Red flashing: low-voltage protection.
Yellow flashing repeatedly: charging error.
Automatic shutdown: battery/protection condition.
Allow the unit to cool or recharge before retrying.
Charging Check
Use Type-C charging.
Recommended input: 5V/2A.
Approx. charging time: 4–5 hours.
Check the charging cable and USB power source.
Mop / Floor Brush
Make sure:
Metal tube is properly locked.
Floor brush/mop head is fully attached.
The mop head is not obstructed.
Filter Maintenance
Wash the filter and sponge filter with clean water. Do not reinstall or operate the device while the filters are wet.
