1. A Device Is Not Charging Through the Built-in USB-C Cable

  1. Gently pull out the built-in cable.
  2. Confirm that the connector matches your device's charging port.
  3. Insert the connector fully without forcing it.
  4. Check the remaining battery status on the power bank.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
  6. Confirm that the device supports USB-C charging.
  7. Test with another compatible device if available.

2. A Device Is Not Charging Through the USB-C Port

  1. Make sure you are using the USB-C Input/Output port.
  2. Connect a compatible USB-C cable securely.
  3. Check the power bank's remaining battery status.
  4. Confirm that the device supports charging through USB-C.
  5. Try another compatible cable or device if available.

Aero 10 supports up to 20W output, but actual charging speed depends on the connected device and charging protocol.

3. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port, or use the built-in cable as supported.
  2. Connect the other end to a working USB charger.
  3. Check that the adapter is switched on and the cable is not damaged.
  4. Look for the LED indication that charging has started.
  5. Reconnect the cable at both ends.
  6. Try another compatible adapter or cable if available.

4. Battery Status Is Not Displayed

  1. Press the Power Button once.
  2. Check whether the LED indicator/display shows the remaining battery status.
  3. Wait a few seconds; the indicator/display may turn off automatically.
  4. If the power bank is not responding, connect it to a compatible charger.
  5. If the indicator remains unresponsive, contact support.

5. Power Bank May Be in Protection Mode

If the power bank detects an abnormal condition, such as overcharging or over-discharging, it may temporarily stop supplying power.

  1. Disconnect the connected device.
  2. Connect the power bank to a compatible charger.
  3. Begin recharging.
  4. Check whether the LED indicator returns to normal.
  5. If it remains unresponsive or behaves abnormally, stop using it and contact support.

6. Charging Is Slower Than Expected

  1. Check whether the device supports USB-C fast charging.
  2. Use a compatible charger and cable.
  3. Ensure the connector is fully inserted.
  4. Check the power bank's remaining battery status.
  5. Disconnect extra devices and test one output at a time.
  6. Remember that the device only draws the power it supports.

Aero 10 supports up to 20W output. Not every phone, accessory or cable supports this maximum.

7. Charging Stops Unexpectedly

  1. Check the remaining battery status.
  2. Make sure the cable and connector are secure.
  3. Inspect the cable for visible damage.
  4. If the power bank has entered protection mode, connect it to a compatible charger and begin recharging.
  5. Stop using it if it becomes unusually hot, swollen or damaged.

8. The Built-in Cable Will Not Return to Its Stored Position

  1. Disconnect the cable from the device.
  2. Check whether the cable is twisted or caught.
  3. Align it with its storage position.
  4. Return it gently without sharply bending the cable.
  5. Do not pull the cable by its wire or force the connector.

9. Power Bank Is Unusually Hot

  1. Stop using the power bank if it becomes unusually hot.
  2. Disconnect connected devices and the charger if this can be done safely.
  3. Place it on a flat, non-flammable surface and allow it to cool.
  4. Keep it uncovered and away from direct sunlight or other heat sources.
  5. If excessive heating continues, stop using it and contact support.

10. Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked, Deformed or Leaking

  1. Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
  2. Disconnect it only if this can be done safely.
  3. Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair it.
  4. Keep it away from flammable materials.
  5. Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal.

Do not put a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.
