1. Dryer Does Not Switch ON

  1. Check that the power plug is fully inserted into a working AC outlet.
  2. Confirm that the supply voltage matches the rated AC 220–240V.
  3. Make sure the airflow slider is moved from OFF to Low or High.
  4. Check the power cord and plug for damage or overheating.
  5. If the dryer still does not switch ON, unplug it and contact support.

Do not use the dryer if the cord or plug is damaged.

2. No Airflow

  1. Check that the airflow slider is not in the OFF position.
  2. Move the slider to Low or High.
  3. Check whether the air inlet or outlet is blocked.
  4. Inspect the removable filter for dust, lint or hair.
  5. Switch OFF and unplug the dryer before cleaning the filter.

3. Airflow Is Weak

  1. Switch OFF and unplug the dryer.
  2. Remove the filter cover by gently sliding it down.
  3. Use a lint-free or soft cloth to remove dust and debris from the filter screen.
  4. Use a soft brush to remove buildup from the screen or surface.
  5. Do not use water or other liquids on the filter screen.
  6. Align the filter cover and slide it back up so it attaches magnetically.
  7. Reconnect the dryer and test the airflow.

Clean the filter regularly to help maintain smooth airflow.

4. Temperature Does Not Change

  1. Make sure the dryer is switched ON.
  2. Briefly press the Temperature Control button.
  3. Cycle through the settings:
    • Natural Air — constant Blue light.
    • Warm Air — constant Orange light.
    • Hot Air — constant Red light.
  4. Check the indicator light to confirm the selected mode.

5. Cold & Hot Circulation Mode Does Not Start

  1. Switch the dryer ON.
  2. Press and hold the Temperature Control button for approximately 1–2 seconds.
  3. Check that the indicator flashes Blue and Red.
  4. If the mode does not activate, release the button and try again.

A brief press cycles Natural, Warm and Hot Air; a 1–2 second hold activates Cold & Hot Circulation mode.

6. Dryer Shuts Down During Use

The dryer may automatically shut down if it overheats.

  1. Switch the dryer OFF.
  2. Unplug it from the power outlet.
  3. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Check whether the air inlet or grille vents are blocked by lint, hair or debris.
  5. Clean the removable filter if needed.
  6. Once the dryer has cooled and the vents are clear, reconnect it and try again.

If it shuts down repeatedly, stop using it and contact support.

7. Dryer or Nozzle Becomes Very Hot

Some areas, including the air outlet, magnetic ring and accessories, may become hot during use and remain hot for a short time afterwards.

  1. Switch OFF and unplug the dryer.
  2. Allow the nozzle and outlet area to cool before touching or adjusting them.
  3. Do not cover the air inlet or outlet.
  4. If the dryer becomes abnormally hot or repeatedly activates its thermal cut-off, stop using it and contact support.

8. Filter Cover Is Difficult to Remove or Reattach

  1. Switch OFF and unplug the dryer.
  2. Hold the handle and filter cover.
  3. Gently slide the filter cover down to remove it.
  4. After cleaning, align the cover with the filter housing.
  5. Slide it up slightly so it attaches magnetically.
  6. Do not force or twist the filter cover.

9. Power Cord or Plug Is Damaged or Overheated

  1. Switch OFF the dryer immediately.
  2. Unplug it by holding the plug, not by pulling the cord, if it is safe to do so.
  3. Do not use the dryer again with a damaged or overheated cord or plug.
  4. Do not attempt to repair or replace the cord yourself.
  5. Contact support for assistance.

A damaged cord or plug may cause electric shock, short circuit or fire.

10. Dryer Does Not Operate Reliably After Cooling

  1. Make sure the airflow slider is in the OFF position before reconnecting power.
  2. Confirm the outlet voltage is within the rated AC 220–240V range.
  3. Check that the filter and grille vents are clear.
  4. Restart the dryer and select Low or High airflow.
  5. If the dryer still fails or behaves abnormally, switch it OFF, unplug it and contact support.
