- Check the indicator before using it again.
5. Battery Indicator Slowly Blinks
A slowly blinking indicator indicates that the device is charging.
- Keep the charging cable securely connected.
- Use a compatible 5V/2A adapter.
- Allow approximately 3 hours for charging.
- The indicator becomes steady / constant when fully charged, as described in the indicator guide.
6. Air Nozzle Is Loose or Does Not Fit Correctly
- Switch OFF the device.
- Align the nozzle body with the air outlet and mounting position.
- Insert the nozzle.
- Rotate it to the right until it reaches the correct position.
- Check that it is fitted securely before switching ON.
Do not force the nozzle or operate the device with an incorrectly fitted attachment.

- Switch OFF the device immediately.
- Stop using it and disconnect the charging cable, if connected.
- Do not open or disassemble the device.
- Contact Portronics Support for assistance.
Stop using the device if the fan blades do not rotate normally.
