No sound from the soundbar

 This usually occurs due to incorrect input selection or TV audio settings.

Please check the following:

  • Ensure the correct input mode is selected (Bluetooth / AUX / Optical / HDMI-ARC).

  • Increase volume on both the TV and soundbar.

  • Confirm TV audio output is set to External Speaker / Soundbar.
