1. Soundbar Does Not Turn On
- Check that the power adapter is connected to the soundbar's DC Power Input.
- Confirm the adapter is connected to a working power outlet.
- Check that the LED display lights up when power is connected.
- Short-press the Power button on the soundbar or remote.
- If the system remains off, inspect the adapter and cable for visible damage.
2. No Sound from the System
- Check that the soundbar is switched on.
- Look at the display and confirm the correct input mode: BT, OPT, HDMI, USB or AUX.
- Confirm the TV/phone/computer is outputting audio through that connection.
- Increase the source-device volume and the soundbar master volume.
- Check the wired subwoofer connection.
- Test with another input or source device, if possible.
3. Bluetooth Pairing Fails
- Short-press Mode / INPUT until the display shows BT.
- Open Bluetooth settings on the source device.
- Search for Spatial Arc and select it.
- Keep the device within approximately 10 metres.
- If the old pairing is preventing connection, long-press the Pair control in BT mode to clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
- Remove/forget Spatial Arc from the source device, then search and pair again.
4. Bluetooth Connects but Audio Cuts Out
- Move the source device closer to the soundbar.
- Reduce obstacles between the device and soundbar.
- Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices if interference is suspected.
- Disconnect and reconnect to Spatial Arc.
5. Optical Audio Is Not Working
- Confirm the optical cable is connected to the source's optical output and the soundbar's OPT input.
- Select OPT using the Mode / INPUT button.
- Check the source device's audio output settings.
- Make sure the source content is playing and the volume is not muted.
- Reconnect the cable if needed.
6. HDMI Audio Is Not Working
- Check both ends of the HDMI cable.
- Select HDMI using Mode / INPUT.
- If using TV ARC, confirm the cable is connected to the TV's HDMI ARC port.
- In the TV settings, select HDMI ARC or external audio output as applicable.
- Try another compatible HDMI cable or source device if available.
7. USB Playback Is Not Working
- Check that the USB drive is inserted securely.
- Select USB mode.
- Check that the drive contains supported audio files.
- Remove and reconnect the drive.
- Use the remote's playback and track controls to test operation.
8. AUX Audio Is Not Working
- Make sure the AUX cable is connected to the soundbar's AUX input and the source's audio output.
- Select AUX using Mode / INPUT.
- Start playback on the source device.
- Increase master volume and make sure MUTE is off.
- Check the cable or try another compatible source.
9. No Sound from the Subwoofer
- Turn off the system before checking its cables.
- Check that the wired subwoofer is connected to the soundbar's SUB output.
- Make sure the power adapter and soundbar are connected correctly.
- Turn the system on again and test at a moderate volume.
- Do not open the subwoofer. Contact support if it still produces no sound.
10. Remote Control Does Not Work Properly
- Confirm the soundbar is powered on.
- Point the remote at the soundbar.
- Check the remote batteries and install them correctly.
- Check the selected input mode: some buttons have different actions in BT/USB and AUX/OPT/HDMI.
- Use the correct button described in the remote-control section of the Complete Guide.
11. Sound Settings Have Changed Unexpectedly
The remote has separate MUSIC, NEWS, MOVIE and NIGHT EQ buttons, plus TREB and BASS controls.
- Press the desired EQ button to select a sound preset.
- Use TREB +/− to adjust treble.
- Use BASS +/− to adjust bass.
- To restore defaults, long-press RESET on the remote.
12. Mute or Play/Pause Does Not Work
The function of the remote's MUTE, RESET and Play/Pause buttons varies by mode:
- MUTE: short-press to mute/unmute in any mode.
- Play/Pause: BT/USB mode plays or pauses media; AUX/OPT/HDMI mode mutes or unmutes audio.
- RESET: short-press has the mode-specific action shown in the remote table; long-press restores default sound settings.
Check the selected input and try the intended button again.
