Troubleshooting Guide

If you experience issues while using the stylus, follow the troubleshooting steps below.


Issue 1: Stylus is ON but Not Writing

Restart the iPad

  • Restart your iPad and try using the stylus again.

Check Battery Level

  • Ensure the stylus is sufficiently charged before use.

Inspect the Stylus Tip (Nib)

  • Check whether the tip/nib is loose or damaged.

  • If loose, tighten it properly.

  • Replace the nib if it appears worn out.

Check Device Compatibility

  • Confirm that your iPad model is compatible with the stylus.


Issue 2: Intermittent Writing or Skipping

Clean the Screen

  • Gently clean the iPad screen to remove dust, oil, or debris that may affect writing performance.

Check the Nib

  • Ensure the stylus nib is properly tightened and not worn out.

Recharge the Stylus

  • Fully charge the stylus battery, then test the writing again.


Issue 3: LED Indicator Not Turning ON

Charge the Stylus

  • Connect the stylus to a power source and charge it for at least 30–45 minutes.

Check Charging Accessories

  • Try using a different charging cable or adapter to rule out charging issues.


Important Notes

  • This stylus does not support Bluetooth pairing.

  • Use the double-tap on the back of the stylus to power ON or OFF.

  • Store the stylus in a dry and safe environment when not in use.
