1. Adapter Not Working
- Verify if the projector displays any red light indication.
- Inspect the power cable for any visible damage or wear.
- If the adapter appears faulty, kindly raise a support request for further assistance.
2. No Internet Connection
- Restart both the Wi-Fi router and the projector.
- Re-enter the Wi-Fi password carefully, ensuring accuracy.
- Position the projector closer to the router to improve signal strength.
3. Screen Not Clear
- Ensure the projector is used in a dark or low-light environment.
- Maintain an optimal projection distance of 4 to 10 feet.
- Place the projector centrally for proper image alignment.
- Adjust the focus wheel from the home screen until clarity is achieved.
4. Screen Misalignment
- Use the Keystone Correction feature (Auto or Manual) to properly align the screen.
5. Bluetooth Not Connecting
- Restart the Bluetooth function on the projector.
- Remove the paired device and reconnect it.
- Ensure the device is within a close and stable range.
6. Screen Mirroring Not Working
- Confirm that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Check whether your device supports screen mirroring.
- Restart both devices and attempt reconnection.
- For Android devices, use Eshare or TransScreen for better compatibility.
Section B: Maintenance & Care
- Maintain at least 2 x 2 feet of open space around the projector for proper ventilation.
- Avoid blocking air vents while the device is in operation.
- Store and operate the device in a cool, dry environment.
- Protect the projector from dust and moisture exposure.
Important Safety Instructions
- Do not look directly into the projector lens while in use.
- Always use the original power adapter provided with the device.
- Disconnect the power supply when the projector is not in use for extended periods.
Common Issues & Clarifications
1. Portronics Logo Stuck
- Cause: Power fluctuation or interrupted software process.
- Solution:
Long press the power button → Press the Home button multiple times → Wait for 1–2 minutes.
2. YouTube Not Working
- Install Smart YouTube TV from the App Store.
- A permanent resolution is currently under development.
3. Sony Liv / Chrome Scrolling Issue
- Enable Mouse Mode using the remote control.
- Press the Mouse button and operate the application accordingly.
4. Connectivity & Usage Limitations
- If Miracast is not functioning, use Eshare or TransScreen.
- Screen mirroring for OTT apps may be restricted due to DRM policies.
- Hotspot connectivity is not supported; please use a Wi-Fi network.
- Use of set-top boxes is not recommended due to resolution mismatch.
- Avoid using angle correction initially; if already applied, please contact support.
