FAQ & Troubleshooting
1. Screen is not clear / blurry
Please adjust the focus ring properly, maintain a distance of 4–10 feet, use the projector in a dark or low-light room, and ensure the projector is placed straight for better clarity.
2. Projector not turning ON
Kindly check the power cable and adapter connection, ensure the power socket is working, and look for any indicator light on the projector.
3. Wi-Fi not connecting
Restart both the projector and your Wi-Fi router, re-enter the correct password, and move the projector closer to the router for better signal strength.
4. Bluetooth not connecting
Restart both the projector and the Bluetooth device, keep them within close range, and try removing and re-pairing the device again.
5. Screen mirroring not working
Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, restart them, and use Eshare or TransScreen for better compatibility. For laptops, please use an HDMI connection.
6. Apps not working / crashing
Update apps from the built-in app store, restart the projector, and if the issue started after an update, perform a reset of the projector.
7. Screen is tilted or distorted
Adjust Keystone correction (Auto/Manual) and ensure the projector is placed straight.
8. No sound / low volume
Increase the volume using the remote, check Bluetooth or AUX connection, and reconnect the external speaker if needed.
9. Projector stuck on logo
Long press the power button on the projector, press the Home button multiple times on the remote, and wait for 1–2 minutes before restarting.
10. Display flickering
This may require technical assistance. Kindly raise a support request.
11. Unable to use hotspot
Hotspot is not supported. Please use a stable Wi-Fi connection.
12. Can’t install apps via APK
APK/sideload apps are not supported. Please use only the built-in app store.
13. OTT apps not mirroring
Some apps restrict screen mirroring due to DRM policies. Kindly use built-in apps or an HDMI connection.
14. Edge blur or uneven focus
Slight blur on edges is normal due to projection limitations. Adjust distance and alignment for better results.
15. Dust inside lens
This may occur due to internal cooling airflow. Cleaning may require service support.
16. Set-top box / Fire TV not working properly
Ensure the resolution is set to 1080P and connect using HDMI.
