Microblast Speaker — Quick Help

My speaker won't turn on

  1. Plug it in to charge.
  2. Let it charge for a while — look for a red light to confirm it's charging.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on.

It won't connect to my phone

  1. Press and hold the power button — you'll see the light turn blue and start flashing.
  2. On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
  3. Look for "Microblast" and tap it.
  4. You'll hear a sound once it's connected.

My TF card or USB drive isn't playing

  1. Take it out and put it back in firmly.
  2. If it still doesn't play, press the power button briefly to switch modes manually.
  3. Make sure your music files are a common type, like MP3.

My AUX cable isn't working

  1. Push the cable in firmly at both ends.
  2. If the speaker doesn't switch over on its own, press the power button briefly to switch to AUX mode yourself.

I can't answer a call through the speaker

Press the middle button (play/pause) once to answer, and press it again to hang up. This only works when connected over Bluetooth.


The volume or song skipping isn't working right

  • A quick tap on the + or – button changes the volume.
  • Pressing and holding the + or – button changes the song.

The lights aren't changing

Press the light button (marked with a star/sparkle icon) to cycle through different light shows, or to turn the lights off.
