My speaker won't turn on

1. Plug it in to charge — you'll need your own 5V/2A charger, as one isn't included in the box.
2. Let it charge for about 3 hours.
3. Try the power button again.

My speaker won't turn off or stops responding

Look for a small hole marked as the reset jack. Use a small pin (like a SIM eject tool) to gently press it — this resets the speaker.

It won't connect to my phone

1. Make sure the speaker is switched on — it goes into Bluetooth mode automatically.
2. On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
3. Look for "Radiant 2" and tap it.

If you've plugged in a USB drive or an AUX cable, the speaker will switch away from Bluetooth automatically — remove those first if you want to use Bluetooth.

I want to link two Radiant 2 speakers together

1. Turn both speakers on and make sure both are in Bluetooth mode.
2. Press the TWS button on one of them — its light will stay on once it's paired.
3. Connect to them from your phone as usual — both will now play in sync.

Note: this only works properly if both speakers are from the same batch (bought together, or with matching batch numbers).

To split them apart again, just press the TWS button again on either one.

My USB drive isn't playing music

1. Push the USB drive in firmly — the speaker should start playing automatically.
2. If nothing happens, the music files on the drive might not be in a format the speaker supports — try a different drive or different files.

My AUX cable isn't switching the speaker over automatically

Push the cable in firmly at both ends — the audio device and the speaker. It should switch over on its own as soon as it's properly connected.

My wireless microphone won't connect

1. Press and hold the power button on the microphone.
2. Watch for the blue light — it should go solid once it's connected to the speaker.
3. Make sure the speaker itself is turned on.

My microphone won't make any sound

Check if the red light on the mic is on — that means it's muted. Just press the mute button again to turn the sound back on.

Can I charge my phone from this speaker?

No — this speaker isn't designed to work as a power bank or charge other devices, even through its USB port. Please don't try, as it isn't supported.
