1. Quick Reference Table
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Won't turn on | Battery discharged | Charge for ~3 hours with a 5V/2A charger, then long-press Power |
| Won't turn off / unresponsive | Software hang | Short-press the Reset Jack with a small round pin |
| Won't pair over Bluetooth | Not in Bluetooth mode | Confirm speaker is ON (defaults to Bluetooth mode); search "Radiant 2" again |
| TWS won't link two speakers | Different batches, or not both in BT mode | Confirm both units are the same batch and both set to Bluetooth mode before pressing TWS |
| USB drive won't play | Incompatible file format | Check the drive's file formats — varying formats can affect compatibility |
| AUX not switching automatically | Cable not fully seated | Reseat the audio cable between the Line Out port and the Aux In port |
| Microphone won't pair | Not held long enough, or speaker off | Press and hold the mic's power button; confirm speaker is powered on |
| Speaker charging another device | Attempted power bank use | Not supported — Radiant 2 cannot charge other devices via its USB port |
2. Speaker Won't Turn On
- Long-press the Power button and check for a response.
- Connect a 5V/2A charger (not included) to the Type-C Charging Jack — a full charge takes about 3 hours.
- Once fully charged with the speaker on, all four LED lights should stay steadily lit.
- If there's still no response after charging, this may point to a hardware fault — contact support.
3. Speaker Won't Turn Off or Respond to Buttons
Fix: use a small round pin to short-press the Reset Jack. This resets the speaker without needing to wait for the battery to drain.
4. Won't Pair Over Bluetooth
- Switch the speaker to "ON" — it enters Bluetooth mode automatically by default.
- On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Radiant 2."
- If it won't connect, confirm the speaker isn't currently in USB or AUX mode instead (inserting a USB drive or AUX cable overrides Bluetooth automatically).
- If it was previously paired to another device, forget "Radiant 2" on your phone and pair fresh.
5. TWS Mode Won't Link Two Speakers
- Ensure both Radiant 2 speakers are powered on and set to Bluetooth (BT) mode — only one needs to be manually configured.
- Short-press the TWS button on one speaker to begin pairing — the TWS button stays illuminated once successful.
- Check the batch/date code on both units — TWS pairing is only guaranteed between two Radiant 2 speakers from the same production batch. If pairing consistently fails between two otherwise-identical units, mismatched batches are a likely cause; contact support to confirm compatibility.
- To separate the speakers again, short-press the TWS button on either unit.
6. USB Playback Issues
- Insert the USB drive fully into its slot — the speaker should automatically switch to USB playback and start.
- If nothing plays, check the file format on the drive — varying formats and storage capacities can affect compatibility.
- Use long-press "+"/"–" to browse songs, short-press "+"/"–" for volume, and Play/Pause to control playback.
- Remember: inserting a USB drive overrides whatever mode the speaker was previously in.
7. AUX Mode Not Switching Automatically
- Connect an audio cable from your device's "Line Out" port to the Aux In port on Radiant 2.
- The speaker should switch to AUX mode automatically on connection, regardless of the mode it was previously in.
- If it doesn't switch, reseat the cable at both ends and check the cable itself isn't faulty.
- Once in AUX mode, control volume and playback from the connected external device, not the speaker.
8. RGB Light Not Turning On/Off
Short-press the dedicated RGB Light button. The light comes on automatically whenever the speaker powers on — if you don't want it on, you'll need to turn it off manually each time.
9. Hands-Free Calling Issues
- Confirm the speaker is connected to your phone via Bluetooth — calling features require an active Bluetooth connection.
- To switch a call to your phone: long-press Play/Pause during the call.
- To end a call: short-press Play/Pause on the speaker, or use your phone's own call-ending control.
- If callers can't hear you clearly, check you're within Bluetooth range and nothing is blocking the speaker's microphone.
10. Wireless Microphone Won't Connect
- Press and hold the microphone's Power button — it should pair automatically with the speaker.
- Watch for the blue light to stabilize, confirming a successful connection.
- Confirm the speaker itself is powered on and not out of range.
- If it won't pair, power-cycle both the mic and the speaker, then try again.
11. Microphone Muted Unexpectedly
If the mic's red LED is glowing, it's currently muted. Press the Mute button again to resume — this isn't a fault, just the mute state being active.
12. Charging Issues
- Radiant 2 doesn't ship with a charger — use a rated 5V/2A charger for reliable charging.
- A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
- Do not attempt to use Radiant 2 as a power bank or charge other devices from its USB port — this isn't supported and is explicitly discouraged in the manual.
- If the battery voltage is low, the speaker will prompt a warning — recharge promptly when this happens.
13. General Safety Reminders
- Store and use in normal temperature conditions — avoid extreme cold or heat.
- Do not expose to rain or moisture.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the speaker yourself.
- Clean with a soft cloth, with a little water if needed — avoid chemical cleaners.
- Avoid listening at maximum volume for long periods, to protect your hearing and the speaker's lifespan.
- Never dispose of the speaker in fire, due to its built-in lithium battery.
