Troubleshooting Guide

Issue 1: Device Not Connecting

  • Ensure the battery level is sufficient.
  • Restart Bluetooth or your system.
  • Reconnect the keyboard and mouse.

Issue 2: USB Mode Not Working

  • Reinsert the USB receiver properly.
  • Try connecting through a different USB port.

Issue 3: Delay or Lag

  • Keep the devices within proper operating range.
  • Avoid interference from metal surfaces or other wireless devices.
  • Reduce the distance between the device and receiver.

Issue 4: Low Voltage Warning

  • If the voltage drops below the required level, the LED will flash red.
  • Recharge the device immediately.

Care & Maintenance

  • Keep the device away from liquids and dust.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning.
  • Avoid dropping or applying physical impact.
