Troubleshooting Guide
Issue 1: Device Not Connecting
- Ensure the battery level is sufficient.
- Restart Bluetooth or your system.
- Reconnect the keyboard and mouse.
Issue 2: USB Mode Not Working
- Reinsert the USB receiver properly.
- Try connecting through a different USB port.
Issue 3: Delay or Lag
- Keep the devices within proper operating range.
- Avoid interference from metal surfaces or other wireless devices.
- Reduce the distance between the device and receiver.
Issue 4: Low Voltage Warning
- If the voltage drops below the required level, the LED will flash red.
- Recharge the device immediately.
Care & Maintenance
- Keep the device away from liquids and dust.
- Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning.
- Avoid dropping or applying physical impact.
Important Notes
- Compatible with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Some older systems may not support Bluetooth 5.0.
