How to connect Bubble Pro using Bluetooth/Dongle ?

Follow the instructions below to connect your Portronics Bubble Pro Keyboard using either the 2.4 GHz USB receiver or Bluetooth.

A. Connecting via 2.4 GHz USB Receiver

Step 1: Turn ON the Keyboard
Turn on the keyboard using the power switch located at the back of the keyboard.

Step 2: Insert the USB Receiver

1. Open the battery compartment and remove the USB receiver.

2. Insert the receiver into the USB port of your laptop, desktop, or tablet.

Step 3: Activate 2.4 GHz Mode

1. Press Fn + 2 (2.4G) to switch the keyboard to 2.4 GHz mode.

2. Press and hold Fn + C (Connect) for 2–3 seconds to initiate the connection.

Step 4: Automatic Connection
Once the receiver is detected, the keyboard will automatically connect to your device.
No additional pairing steps are required.

If the Keyboard Does Not Respond

• Remove and reinsert the USB receiver.

• Try connecting the receiver to a different USB port.

• Ensure the keyboard power switch is turned ON.

B. Connecting via Bluetooth

Step 1: Turn ON the Keyboard
Switch on the keyboard using the power switch.

Step 2: Activate Bluetooth Pairing Mode

1. Press Fn + 1 (BT) to switch the keyboard to Bluetooth mode.

2. Press and hold Fn + C for approximately 3–5 seconds.

The LED indicator will begin blinking, indicating that the keyboard has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.

Step 3: Enable Bluetooth on Your Device

For Windows

1. Open Settings

2. Navigate to Bluetooth & Devices

3. Turn Bluetooth ON

4. Click Add Device

5. Select Bubble Pro Keyboard from the device list

6. Click Connect

For macOS

1. Open System Settings

2. Select Bluetooth

3. Turn Bluetooth ON

4. Locate Bubble Pro Keyboard in the available devices list

5. Click Connect

Step 4: Connection Confirmation

Once the keyboard connects successfully:

• The indicator light will stop blinking

• The keyboard will respond normally while typing

• The keyboard is ready for use and fully operational.
