If you encounter issues while using the Portronics Bubble Pro Keyboard, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve common problems.
Issue 1: Keyboard Not Appearing in the Bluetooth Device List
Possible Solution
Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode (LED indicator should be blinking).
Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON on your device.
Restart the keyboard and attempt the pairing process again.
Move the keyboard closer to the device and search for Bluetooth devices again.
Issue 2: Keyboard Connected but Not Typing
Possible Solution
Remove the keyboard from the Bluetooth device list on your device.
Restart your laptop, PC, or tablet.
Reconnect the keyboard by following the Bluetooth pairing steps again.
Ensure the keyboard is not connected to another nearby device.
Issue 3: Keyboard Not Working via USB Receiver
Possible Solution
Confirm that the USB receiver is properly inserted into the USB port.
Try connecting the receiver to a different USB port.
Ensure the keyboard power switch is turned ON.
Verify that the keyboard is set to 2.4 GHz mode (Fn + 2).
Issue 4: Keyboard Entered Sleep Mode
To conserve battery power, the keyboard may enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity.
Solution
Press any key on the keyboard to wake it up and resume normal operation.
Issue 5: Unable to Use the Numpad
If the numeric keypad is not functioning, it may be disabled.
Solution
Press Fn + F11 to enable or disable the numpad function.
Issue 6: Touchpad Not Working or Needs to Be Disabled
The keyboard allows the touchpad to be toggled on or off.
Solution
Press Fn + Spacebar to enable or disable the touchpad.
