Issue 1: Keyboard Not Working After Connecting USB Receiver

Issue 2: Keyboard Not Appearing in Bluetooth List

Recommended Checks:

  • Verify the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
  • Restart Bluetooth on your device.
  • Restart the keyboard and attempt pairing again.
  • Move the keyboard closer to the device.

Issue 3: Keyboard Connected but Not Typing

Recommended Checks:

  • Remove the keyboard from the Bluetooth device list.
  • Restart your computer or mobile device.
  • Reconnect the keyboard.
  • Ensure the keyboard is not connected to another device.

Issue 4: Keyboard Stops Working After Some Time

Cause: The keyboard may enter sleep mode.
Solution: Press any key to wake the keyboard.


Issue 5: Wireless Connection Not Stable

Recommended Checks:

  • Keep the keyboard within the recommended wireless range (up to 10 meters).
