  3. Look for the red standby indicator between the “+” and “M” buttons.
  4. Press and hold the M / Mode button for about 2 seconds.
  5. If the soundbar does not turn on, inspect the adapter and cable for visible damage.

2. No Sound from the System

  1. Confirm the soundbar is powered on.
  2. Select the input mode that matches your source device.
  3. Check the source device’s audio output and volume.
  4. Increase the soundbar volume using “+”.
  5. Check that the soundbar-to-subwoofer connection is secure.
  6. Try another input mode or audio source if available.

3. Bluetooth Pairing Fails

  1. Short-press the M / Mode button until Bluetooth mode is selected; the indicator should be blue.
  2. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet or computer.
  3. Search for Zuno.
  4. Select Zuno to connect.
  5. If it does not pair, turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices and retry.
  6. If Bluetooth is already connected but audio does not play, press and hold Play/Pause to disconnect, then pair again.

4. Bluetooth Audio Keeps Cutting Out

  1. Move the source device closer to Zuno.
  2. Reduce obstacles between the device and soundbar.
  3. Turn off unused nearby Bluetooth devices if interference is suspected.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect to Zuno.
