  4. Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
  5. Try a compatible cable if available.
  6. Check whether the phone supports the charging protocol required for faster output.

The maximum wired output is 20W, but the actual rate depends on the phone and its charging standard.

  1. Confirm that the phone supports Qi-compatible wireless charging.
  2. Remove the phone case for testing.
  3. Place the phone face-up on the designated wireless charging area.

  2. Remove accessories or metal plates that may interfere with alignment.
  3. Position the phone centrally on the magnetic charging area.
  4. Do not use the phone stand if the phone is not firmly attached.
  5. Try a compatible magnetic case if needed.

5. Power Bank Does Not Recharge

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to a Type-C input on Chyro.
  2. Connect it to a working USB-C charger.
  3. Check that the charger is powered and the cable is not damaged.
  4. Look for blinking LED indicators to confirm that charging has started.
  5. Try another compatible cable or charger if available.

  1. Disconnect connected devices.
  2. Double-press the Power Button to turn the power bank off.
  3. Check whether the LED indicators turn off.
  4. If it continues to behave abnormally, stop using it and contact support.

  1. Stop using the power bank if the casing is cracked, swollen or damaged.
  2. Do not attempt to repair, puncture or open it.
  3. Do not use an exposed or damaged cable.

  5. Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling advice.

10. Multiple Devices Charge Slowly

  1. Check that each device supports the charging method being used.
  2. Confirm the correct Type-C port or wireless charging area is being used.
  3. Disconnect one device and check charging speed again.
