1. A Device Is Not Charging Through USB-C

  1. Check that the USB-C cable is connected securely to the power bank and device.
  2. Confirm that the device supports charging through USB-C.
  3. Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
  5. Try another compatible cable or device if available.

Moji 10 supports up to 20W wired output, but the actual charging speed depends on the connected device and its charging standard.

2. Wireless Charging Does Not Start

  1. Confirm that the phone supports wireless charging and is compatible with magnetic alignment.
  2. Place the phone over the centre of the wireless charging area.
  3. Remove the phone case for testing.
  4. Adjust the phone so it aligns with the charging coil.
  5. Remove metal objects or accessories between the phone and power bank.
  6. Check the phone's charging indicator.

Moji 10 supports wireless output up to 15W for compatible devices.

3. Wireless Charging Starts and Stops

  1. Reposition the phone so it is centred on the charging area.
  2. Remove the phone case and retry.
  3. Remove metal objects or magnetic accessories between the phone and charger.
  4. Place the power bank on a stable, flat surface.
  5. Check that the power bank has enough remaining battery.

4. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C input/output port.
  2. Connect the other end to a compatible charger.
  3. Check that the charger is switched on and functioning.
  4. Look for the flashing LED indicator that signals charging.
  5. Reseat the cable at both ends.
  6. Try another compatible charger or cable if available.

5. The LED Indicator Does Not Show Charging

  1. Check that the cable is securely connected to the power bank and the charger.
  2. Confirm that the power source is working.
  3. Try a compatible cable and adapter.
  4. If the power bank is not responding after reconnecting, recharge it to reactivate it if protection mode has been triggered.
  5. Contact support if the indicator remains unresponsive.

6. The Power Bank Has Entered Protection Mode

If an abnormal condition such as overcharging or over-discharging is detected, the power bank may temporarily stop functioning.

  1. Disconnect the connected device.
  2. Connect the power bank to a compatible charger.
  3. Allow charging to begin.
  4. Check whether the LED indicator flashes.
  5. If it does not recover or continues to behave abnormally, stop using it and contact support.

7. Charging Is Slower Than Expected

  1. Confirm that the phone supports the desired wired or wireless charging speed.
  2. Use a compatible USB-C PD charger and cable.
  3. Align the phone correctly for wireless charging.
  4. Remove the case during testing.
  5. Check that the power bank has sufficient charge.
  6. Try charging one device at a time.

The maximum listed outputs are 20W wired and 15W wireless. Actual charging rates depend on the connected device and charging conditions.

8. The Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked or Unusually Hot

  1. Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
  2. Disconnect it from other devices only if this can be done safely.
  3. Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair it.
  4. Keep it away from flammable materials.
  5. Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal advice.

Do not put a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.

9. Wireless Charging Does Not Work with a Phone Case

  1. Remove the case and test charging again.
  2. Centre the phone on the charging area.
  3. Remove any metal plates, cards or accessories that may interfere with charging.
  4. Confirm the phone supports wireless charging.
  5. If wireless charging works without the case, use a compatible case that allows wireless charging and magnetic alignment.
