1. No Mist Comes Out

  1. Check that the tank contains clean, room-temperature water.
  2. Make sure the water level is not below the required operating level.
  3. Check that the top cover is closed securely.
  4. Confirm that the mist outlet is not blocked.
  5. Short-press the control button to cycle to a mist mode.
  6. Check that the Type-C power cable is connected to a compatible 5V/1A power source.

Do not operate the humidifier without water.

2. Mist Stops After Some Time

Magma automatically switches off mist output after the maximum time for the selected mode:

  • Continuous mist: automatic shut-off after 4 hours.
  • Intermittent mist: automatic shut-off after 8 hours.

If the mist has stopped:

  1. Check which mist mode was selected.
  2. Check whether the mode's automatic shut-off period has elapsed.
  3. Check the water level.
  4. Short-press the control button to select a mist mode again if needed.

3. Intermittent Mist Appears to Stop and Start

This is normal operation in intermittent mode.

  • Mist runs for 30 seconds.
  • Mist pauses for 30 seconds.
  • The cycle repeats until the mode's automatic shut-off period of 8 hours.

To switch to continuous mist, short-press the control button to cycle to the first mist setting.

4. Device Does Not Power On

  1. Check that the supplied power cable is connected securely to the Type-C port.
  2. Confirm that the power source provides 5V/1A.
  3. Check that the power outlet or USB power source is working.
  4. Make sure the cable is not damaged.
  5. Try the original supplied cable again after checking the connection.

Do not use a damaged cable or operate the unit if the Type-C port is wet.

5. Water Leaks from the Humidifier

  1. Disconnect the power cable immediately.
  2. Check that the water tank has not been overfilled.
  3. Rotate the top cover clockwise and make sure it is securely closed.
  4. Wipe any spilled water from the exterior.
  5. Keep water away from the Type-C port and other electronic components.
  6. Do not reconnect power until the device and its external surfaces are dry.

6. Light Does Not Turn On or Change

  1. Make sure the device is connected to a compatible power source.
  2. Long-press the control button to cycle through the lighting settings.
  3. Check the sequence:
    • First long press: Flame light.
    • Second long press: Colourful RGB light.
    • Third long press: Light OFF.
  4. Repeat the sequence if required.

Use a long press for lighting modes; a short press is used for mist modes.

7. Mist Output Is Weak

  1. Check that the tank contains enough clean water.
  2. Confirm that the top cover is correctly fitted.
  3. Check that the mist outlet is not blocked.
  4. Unplug the device.
  5. Clean the water tank and wipe the exterior with a soft cloth.
  6. Refill with clean, room-temperature water and try again.

8. Unusual Odour or Visible Dirt in the Water Tank

  1. Switch off and unplug the humidifier.
  2. Empty the water tank.
  3. Clean the tank carefully.
  4. Use clean, room-temperature water when refilling.
  5. Clean the tank every few days to help prevent odour or mould.

9. Device Was Operated Without Water

  1. Switch off and unplug the humidifier.
  2. Allow the unit to rest.
  3. Check that there is no visible damage or unusual smell.
  4. Add clean, room-temperature water without exceeding the fill line.
  5. Reconnect power and test the mist mode.

If the device does not work normally after this, stop using it and contact support.

10. Water or Moisture Reaches the Type-C Port

  1. Disconnect the power cable immediately, if safe to do so.
  2. Do not reconnect power while the port is wet.
  3. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth.
  4. Allow the port and unit to dry completely.
  5. Do not insert objects into the port or attempt to open the unit.
