1. No Mist Comes Out

  1. Check that the tank contains clean water.
  2. Make sure the water level is not too low.
  3. Confirm that the humidifier is connected to a compatible 5V/1A power source.
  4. Short-press the control button to select continuous or intermittent mist.
  5. Check that the mist outlet is not blocked.
  6. Check that the atomizer plate is clean and undamaged.

Do not operate the humidifier without water.

2. Mist Output Is Weak

Weak mist output may indicate low water or a dry cotton swab.

  1. Switch OFF the humidifier and unplug it.
  2. Check the water level and refill if required, keeping it at or below 90%.
  3. Check whether the cotton swab is dry.
  4. Check that the atomizer plate is clean and undamaged.
  5. Reassemble the top/tube securely.
  6. Reconnect the Type-C cable and test the mist again.

3. Intermittent Mist Appears to Stop and Start

This is normal operation in intermittent mode.

  • Mist sprays for 3 seconds.
  • Mist pauses for 3 seconds.
  • The cycle repeats until the mode is switched or its automatic shut-off period is reached.

To return to continuous mist, short-press the control button to cycle to the first mist setting.

4. Humidifier Does Not Turn ON

  1. Check that the Type-C cable is fully inserted into the humidifier.
  2. Confirm that the power source provides DC 5V/1A.
  3. Check that the power source is working.
  4. Make sure the water tank and top assembly are correctly fitted.
  5. Press the control button to start the humidifier.

The unit must remain connected to a power source during operation.

5. Mist Stops After Several Hours

Magma Lite has automatic shut-off timers:

  • Continuous mist: switches off after 4 hours.
  • Intermittent mist: switches off after 8 hours.

If misting stops:

  1. Check which mode was selected.
  2. Check whether the automatic shut-off time has elapsed.
  3. Check the water level.
  4. Press the control button to select a mist mode again if required.

6. RGB Light Does Not Turn ON or OFF

  1. Make sure the humidifier is connected to power.
  2. Press and hold the control button for 2 seconds.
  3. Check whether the gradient RGB light changes state.
  4. The long-press lighting control is available in any mist mode.

A short press controls the mist sequence; a 2-second long-press controls the RGB light.

7. Water Leaks from the Humidifier

  1. Unplug the Type-C power cable.
  2. Check that the tank has not been filled above 90%.
  3. Make sure the tube/top assembly is tightened securely.
  4. Wipe any spilled water from the exterior.
  5. Keep water away from the Type-C port.
  6. Do not reconnect power until the exterior and port are dry.

8. Humidifier Has an Unusual Odour

  1. Switch OFF and unplug the humidifier.
  2. Empty the water tank.
  3. Clean the tank.
  4. Refill with clean water only.
  5. Clean the tank regularly to help prevent odour or residue.

Do not add essential oils, fragrance or other liquids to the water.

9. Humidifier Was Operated Without Water

  1. Switch OFF and unplug the unit.
  2. Allow it to rest.
  3. Check that the atomizer plate is clean and undamaged.
  4. Add clean water, keeping the level at or below 90%.
  5. Tighten the top/tube assembly and reconnect power.
  6. Test the mist mode again.

If the humidifier does not work normally, stop using it and contact support.

10. Device Does Not Work Reliably After Cleaning

  1. Confirm that the Type-C port and exterior are dry.
  2. Check that the top/tube assembly is fitted securely.
  3. Check that the atomizer plate is clean and undamaged.
