Quick Troubleshooting

1. Air Pump Does Not Work

1. Check the battery level displayed on the screen.
2. If the battery is low, recharge the product using the included Type-C charging cable.
3. Check the charging indication.
4. Turn ON the inflator by pressing and holding the Power Button for 1.5 seconds.

2. Inflation Is Slow

1. Check that the air hose is correctly connected to the air hose port.
2. Check that the other end of the hose is securely connected to the tyre valve stem.
3. Ensure that the selected inflation mode matches the object being inflated.
4. Check that the preset pressure value is appropriate for the object.

3. Air Pump Becomes Hot During Use

1. Stop using the inflator.
2. Allow the pump to cool down before using it again.
3. Avoid prolonged continuous operation.
4. After 15 minutes of continuous use, allow the pump to cool for 10 minutes.

High temperatures caused by prolonged continuous use may damage the product.

4. Battery Capacity or Life Reduces in Cold Conditions

• Lithium-battery capacity and life may worsen in low-temperature environments.
• It identifies this as a normal phenomenon of lithium products.

5. Real-Time Pressure Is Not Displayed as Expected

1. Check that the air hose is securely connected to the inflator.
2. Check that the other end is correctly attached to the inflatable's valve.
3. Press and hold the Power Button for 1.5 seconds to turn ON the product.
4. Check the digital screen for the real-time pressure value.

The screen displays the inflatable's real-time pressure when the air hose is connected and the product is powered ON.

Important Safety Reminders

• Check the preset pressure before inflating.
• Keep the product away from flammable and explosive chemicals or objects.
• Avoid storing it in humid or dusty conditions.
• Keep it away from places where it can easily fall.
• Keep the product out of children's reach.
• Do not dispose of it improperly or expose it to an open flame.
• Do not operate continuously for extended periods.
• After 15 minutes of continuous use, allow the pump to cool for 10 minutes.
• Do not use chemical cleaners.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50%–80% and recharge it once every month.
