Only one earbud is working

If only one earbud is working, please try the following steps:

  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case.

  • Remove them together and wait a few seconds for them to sync with each other.

  • Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.

If the issue continues:

  • Reset the earbuds by following the reset instructions provided below.

If the problem still persists after resetting, please contact customer support for further assistance.
