Earbuds keep disconnecting

If your earbuds keep disconnecting, please try the following:

  • Check the battery level of both the earbuds and the charging case, and recharge if needed.

  • Reset the earbuds and pair them again with your phone.

  • Check for and install any available software updates on your phone.

  • Avoid using the earbuds in areas with high wireless interference, such as crowded places with many Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices.
