A slight warmth in the microphone or receiver during use or charging is normal.
Stop using the microphone immediately if:
The microphone becomes very hot to touch.
You notice a burning smell.
The microphone, receiver, or charging case swells, leaks, or behaves abnormally.
In such cases, disconnect the charger and contact customer support immediately.
