2. Speaker Won't Turn On

1. Long-press the power button for a full 2 seconds — a short press only toggles the light.
2. Connect the charging cable and allow it to charge.
3. If there's no response at all after charging, this may point to a battery or hardware fault — contact support.

3. Wireless Charging Pad Not Working

1. Place your device flat and centred on the charging pad — it should activate automatically.
2. Confirm TriFusion itself is powered by a charging adapter rated at least 18W. Wireless charging will not function when TriFusion is relying solely on its own built-in battery — it needs to be plugged in.
3. Try a different wireless-charging-compatible device to rule out an issue with your phone.

4. Won't Pair Over Bluetooth

1. Power on the speaker — it boots into Bluetooth mode by default, with a blue indicator and a voice prompt confirming it's ready to pair.
2. On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "TRIFUSION."
3. If Bluetooth has been disabled on the speaker (no "BT" symbol on the clock display), press the "M" key three times to re-enable it.
4. Confirm the speaker isn't already connected to another phone or device.

5. FM Radio Not Working

1. Connect the charging cable to the Type-C port — this doubles as the radio antenna. The other end doesn't need to be connected to anything.
2. Long-press the "M" key to switch into FM mode.
3. Press the pause button to trigger automatic station search and save.
4. Use "+" / "–" to browse between saved stations.

6. TF Card / U Disk Won't Play

1. Remove and reseat the TF card or U disk in the card slot — listen for the voice prompt confirming it's detected.
2. Confirm the audio files are in a commonly supported format (e.g. MP3).
3. Use the speaker's "+" / "–" buttons to control playback once a voice prompt confirms the card is read.

7. TWS Couplet (Two TriFusion Speakers) Won't Link

1. Confirm both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode only — TWS pairing doesn't work in FM or white noise mode.
2. Long-press the couplet key (the timer/couplet button) on one speaker to start matching.
3. Once linked, the two speakers automatically become left and right stereo channels.
4. If pairing fails, power-cycle both speakers and retry from step 1.

8. Alarm Issues

• Setting an alarm: press the alarm button to enter clock/minute setting, adjust with "+"/"–", then press the alarm key again to select a tone from the 7 available, and once more to activate it.
• Alarm won't stop ringing: press any key to silence it; if untouched, it automatically stops after 1 minute.
• Alarm rings when speaker is off: this is expected — the alarm still triggers in the shutdown state. Cancel it beforehand if you don't want this.
• Can't cancel the alarm: long-press the alarm key specifically — a short press won't cancel it. The alarm mark should disappear from the screen once successful.

9. Bluetooth Won't Disable

Press the "M" key three times to turn Bluetooth off — the "BT" symbol will disappear from the clock display. With Bluetooth off, the speaker can't connect to phones or other devices until it's re-enabled the same way.

10. General Safety Reminders

• Do not expose the speaker to water or humid areas such as bathrooms.
• Avoid hitting or dropping the unit.
• Turn off the power if the speaker won't be used for a long period.
