2. Speaker Won't Turn On

1. Check that the power adapter is firmly connected to the DC 9V IN port.
2. Confirm you're using the original adapter supplied with the speaker — third-party adapters may not power it correctly.
3. Check the DC fuse (rated F10A/250V) — a blown fuse will prevent the speaker from powering on at all.
4. Look for the Charging or Full indicator lamp — if neither lights up with the adapter connected, this may point to a hardware fault; contact support.

3. Won't Charge

1. Always use the original adapter provided — using a different adapter can cause charging issues or damage.
2. Check the Charging lamp lights up when the adapter is connected; it should turn off (or the Full lamp should light) once fully charged.
3. If there's no indicator activity at all with the correct adapter connected, this may point to a hardware fault — contact support.

4. Wireless Microphone Issues

Poor range or dropouts:

1. Confirm the built-in Wireless Mic Antenna on the speaker is positioned vertically — this is required for the best signal reception.
2. Stay within reasonable range of the speaker; large obstructions can also affect signal.

Handheld mic won't turn on:

1. Unscrew the battery cover and check the batteries — use two LR6/AA batteries, alkaline preferred.
2. Confirm the batteries are inserted with correct polarity.
3. Single-press the power switch on the mic to turn it on.

5. USB or TF Card Won't Play

1. Confirm your USB drive or TF card contains MP3 files — other formats aren't supported.
2. Press the MP3/LINE Mode button to switch from external audio input to the built-in MP3 playback system.
3. Before changing the USB drive, press the Stop key first, as recommended in the manual, to avoid playback errors.
4. Use the Previous/Next keys to browse tracks, and Repeat to loop a single song or all songs.

6. FM Radio Not Working

1. Press the MODE key to switch the speaker into radio status — this is required before the SCAN/CH+ keys will function for radio.
2. Press SCAN to search for and automatically save local stations.
3. Press CH+ to step through saved stations in ascending order.
4. To manually input a specific frequency, use the number keys directly on the remote control.

7. Sound Effects (Delay, Echo, Bass, Treble) Not Noticeable

1. Check the DELAY, ECHO, BASS, and TREBLE dials on the control panel — these need to be turned up from zero to have an audible effect.
2. These are debugging/fine-tuning controls for the karaoke experience — small adjustments can have a subtle effect; try larger adjustments to confirm they're working.
3. LAMP EFFECT, REC, MODE, MIC VOL, and VOLUME are separate dedicated controls — make sure you're adjusting the correct one for what you're trying to change.

8. Remote Control Not Responding

1. Confirm you're pressing buttons within the correct functional area for what you're trying to control (e.g., VOL+/− for volume, CH+/CH− for radio channels).
2. Check the remote's batteries and replace if needed.
3. Point the remote directly at the speaker's receiver with a clear line of sight.

9. Recording Function Issues

1. Press REC (on the panel or remote) to start one-touch recording.
2. Use REC PLAY on the remote to play back a recording.
3. If nothing records, confirm an input source (mic, USB, or line-in) is actively playing/connected at the time you press REC.
