2. Speaker Won't Turn On

  1. Press the Power Switch and check for any response.
  2. Connect the charging cable to the DC 5V input and a 5V/3A power source; charge before retrying.
  3. If there's still no response after charging, this may point to a hardware fault — contact support.

3. Won't Pair Over Bluetooth

  1. Press the INPUT button to cycle to Bluetooth (BT) mode — this is also the default mode on power-up.
  2. On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Dash 14."
  3. If it won't connect or keeps reconnecting to a different device, long-press the PLAY button while in BT mode to clear the existing Bluetooth pairing memory, then long-press again to make it discoverable and pair fresh.
  4. Stay within the rated <10m Bluetooth range during pairing.
  1. Confirm both Dash 14 speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth (BT) mode.
  2. Short-press the TWS button on one of the speakers.
  3. Check the batch/date code on both units — TWS pairing is only guaranteed between two Dash 14 speakers from the same production batch. If pairing consistently fails between two otherwise-identical units, mismatched batches are a likely cause; contact support to confirm compatibility.
  4. If it still won't link, power-cycle both speakers and repeat the steps.

5. USB Playback Issues

  1. Confirm the USB drive is formatted as FAT32 and is 32GB or smaller.
  2. Confirm the audio files are in MP3, WAV, or WMA format.
  3. Press INPUT to switch to USB mode.
  4. Use PREV/NEXT to skip tracks, and PLAY to pause/resume.
  5. If nothing plays, test the drive in another device to rule out corruption.

6. FM Radio Not Working

  1. Press INPUT to switch to FM mode.
  2. Long-press the PLAY button to auto-scan and save all available local stations.
  3. Use PREV/NEXT to step through saved stations once scanning completes.

7. Guitar / Microphone Input Issues

  1. Guitar: plug into the GT input jack (no reverb applied) and adjust the dedicated GT volume knob (0–30).
  2. Microphone (wired or wireless): plug a wired mic into the MIC input jack (reverb applies here) and adjust the MIC volume knob (0–30) and Reverb knob (0–16) separately.
  3. If there's no sound from either input, confirm the correct jack is being used — GT and MIC are not interchangeable, since only the MIC path applies reverb.
  4. If the wireless karaoke mic isn't producing sound, check its own power and pairing status separately from the speaker's wired inputs.

8. AUX Mode: Track Buttons Not Working

This is expected — the PREV and NEXT buttons are not functional in AUX mode, since track navigation isn't possible over a passive analogue connection. Control playback from the connected source device instead.

9. Bass Boost or RGB Lights Not Responding

  • Bass Boost: press the BASS button once to turn it on, and once more to turn it off — there's no separate "off" indicator beyond the sound difference itself.
  • RGB Lighting: short-press the RGB Lighting button to step through LED1 → LED5 → OFF. If it seems stuck, keep pressing — it cycles through all modes in sequence, including off.

10. Charging Issues

  • Use a 5V/3A power source connected to the DC 5V input for reliable charging.
  • If the speaker won't charge, try a different cable or power source before assuming a hardware fault.
